At the Computational Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory within the Department of Psychological Sciences we develop computational models of cognitive processes and test those models by evaluating them against behavioural and/or neural data. We use various approaches in our modelling work, including symbolic modelling, connectionist modelling, modelling within a cognitive architecture. Work in the lab has been funded by numerous external bodies, including the MRC, ESRC, BBSRC, EPSRC, EC, Leverhume Trust, Royal Society, British Academy, NIH.
